What We Collect

PredictMarkets is designed to be privacy-friendly. We do not require user accounts, and we do not collect personal information. There are no sign-up forms, no cookies for tracking, and no third-party analytics scripts.

Market Data

All prediction market data displayed on this site is fetched from the public APIs of Polymarket and Kalshi. We cache this data server-side for performance but do not store it permanently beyond price history snapshots used for charting.

Price Alerts

If you set price alerts, these are stored locally in your browser using the Web Storage API. Alert data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Hosting & Logs

The site may be hosted on platforms (e.g. Vercel, Railway) that collect standard server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings. These logs are managed by the hosting provider and subject to their respective privacy policies.

This site links to Polymarket, Kalshi, and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
